When Jung Pal first found out that Taek liked Deok Sun. He chose friendship. He ignored Deok Sun, avoided her, tried to distract himself…
Then Taek found out that Jung Hwan likes Deok Sun. He wanted to confess. He called it off and chose friendship. He knows Jung Hwan did the same for him.
But the thing now is, Jung Hwan doesn’t know Taek knows.
Or at least he doesn’t know for sure.
But he left his wallet in Taek’s room and there is a photo of him and Deok Sun in his wallet. He knew that Taek probably has seen it. Later when the boys bump into Deok Sun at the study place, Jung Hwan found out that Taek called off the movie date and confession. He knew now Taek knows how he feels.
All the tensions, and Deok Sun doesn’t even know. I believe she has a right to know. Why didn’t Sun Woo look at Jung Hwan’s eyes.
This episode spend a great deal of airtime trying to show us how competitive Choi Taek can be, he even beat Jung Bong in the arcade. But he didn’t even want to compete with Jung Hwan for Deok Sun. He rather back out of the game totally.
If they’re going to keep this going, why don’t both of them give up Deok Sun and marry each other instead?! 😡
